Booking & Payments
A: Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking, based on your tour price. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. Full payment is required if booking within 45 days of the tour start.
A: You can book directly through our website by choosing your tour, dates, and completing secure checkout. You may also book via WhatsApp, phone, or email with our team.
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards. For international travelers, please check with your bank for possible cross-border fees. Bank transfers are also available upon request.
Cancellations & Changes
A: Yes. If circumstances prevent travel, you can request a new date. In some cases, we may also offer travel credits to use on future departures.
A: If we cancel due to low numbers, force majeure, or unforeseen events, you will be offered an alternative date, travel credits, or a full refund.
A: Cancellations made 45+ days before departure result in loss of deposit only. Between 30–44 days: 40% of tour cost; 15–29 days: 70%; within 14 days: 100% of tour cost. If covered by insurance, you may be able to reclaim fees.
